Curiosity is what makes us human. It’s why we stepped out of the cave, sparked a fire and invented the wheel. But in the comfort and convenience of the 21st century, that intrinsic yearning to discover new ideas is slowly giving way to the human desire for stability and contentment.

At Squiz, we’re not comfortable being content. We’re always challenging ourselves and others to find new ways to do things, to open up to different points of view and push the boundaries of possibility. We’re not afraid of failure, because sometimes you learn more from your mistakes than your successes.

And if you don’t know what that means, you’ve come to the wrong place.

We value each others’ time, so we try to tell it like it is. That means we keep buzzwords to a minimum (we’d like to outlaw them completely but that’s just not possible) and get to the point as quickly as possible.

We reckon the more syllables you squeeze into a sentence, the less respect you have for the person you’re talking to. So we keep it brief, honest and direct. Because the less time we spend talking in circles, the more we get done.
