The Human Resources Manager has the challenge of earning the trust and respect of the team. In this role the HR Manager is expected to:

• Find, interview and recruit new staff who fit well within the Squiz culture.
• Aide other managers as they manage their teams.
• Develop, document and communicate clear career development pathways for Squiz employees.
• Work with and proactively advise Squiz management on innovative strategies for developing, and motivating Squiz staff.
• Make sure Squiz stays a great place to work.

The HR Manager should have formal qualifications but more importantly they need to be mature, practical, responsible, sensitive, proactive, positive, reliable and ethical.

The position in based in our Sydney office (our head office) but requires occasional short-term travel to our regional offices to assist those teams.
