Implementation Support Officer (Hobart)

Implementation Support Officers are based in our National Support office in Hobart.

Duties include:

• Web Content Management
• Software configuration
• Client Consultation
• Quality Assurance
• System Troubleshooting

Our implementation and support staff have some degree of skill in most of the following areas:

• Client interaction and support
• Website design
• Programming and database support for web applications (eg PHP, MySQL)
• System administration skill (primarily Linux)

Obviously it's rare that we find people that excel with all those skills so we look for people with real talent in as many of the areas listed above as possible. We expect all of our implementers to:

• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Have great problem solving skills
• Know HTML and CSS fluently
• Show real enthusiasm for web work and demonstrate pride in the quality of their work
• Care about our clients
• Be proactive roll-up-your-sleeves people
• Complement the Squiz team in terms of skills and cultural fit
