The Canberra offices requires an experienced Manager to step into an already strong team of technical experts.

This role requires someone who can demonstrate a strong commercial focus and business acumen; a good understanding of the Government sector; excellent client relationship skills; and a strong technical understanding.

The Regional Manager reports to the Managing Director (who is located in Sydney) and is responsible for establishing and managing strong and long-lasting relationships with a broad range of clients. You will be responsible for:

• Promoting the Canberra office within the local market, and within Squiz overall
• Planning and contributing to business growth and success
• Managing contractual arrangements between Squiz and their clients for multiple and diverse projects
• Managing the financial and operational aspects of projects
• Contributing to the development and implementation of systems, knowledge bases, guidelines and standards

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a leadership role, strong reporting and information management skills, demonstrated commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a solid technological understanding. Project Management skills would also be highly regarded.
