CMS Trainer

We are now looking for a talented individual to provide training and support to our clients as they implement our CMS in their organisation.
As the CMS Trainer for Squiz you will have the opportunity to create your dream role! – Imagine this:

- Conduct formal training (classroom style) to intimate groups (up to 10 clients) in the use of our Content Management System
- Develop client relationships and proactively manage their training needs and conduct one-on-one training for clients when required
- Develop, maintain and adapt training materials for both internal and external clients
- Get involved with product demonstrations
- Work with people who genuinely care about company culture and enjoy a fun, energetic, flexible and results driven environment

- Enjoy the opportunity for occasional interstate travel to provide your expertise to our clients in Melbourne, Brisbane, Tasmania and the ACT
To be a great fit for this role you will need the following skills/attributes:
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Must have no less than 1-2 years training experience
- You will demonstrate a sound understanding of, and passion for, web technologies
- Have prior experience with CMS and an understanding of the issues faced by clients adopting a CMS is essential!
- Prior experience with Government clients is highly regarded
- Strong content writing, documentation and proof reading skills is an advantage.
- An ability to code in HTML and website design skills
- Have a mature friendly and professional manner
- Must have outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Have the ability to multi task and handle several priorities simultaneously
