Emma-Paola, planning and operations manager, oversees resource management and supports teams in the longer term planning and delivery of digital services. She is responsible for continually reviewing and improving internal processes, tools and teams’ success. Emma-Paola’s background began in humanities studies, followed by a 10 year career delivering B2B client strategy (IBM, HP and HMRC).

She focuses on human centric principles, whether it’s examining the collaboration tools the company needs to invest in or driving a compelling tagline for a new enterprise server campaign. In her spare time, Emma-Paola runs a personal brand consulting service, helping people understand their unconscious values and beliefs.
