Customer Self Service Portal:

As a Squiz customer, you will have access to a dedicated customer portal where you can:

  • Create and open a ticket requesting support, account assistance, product information and more
  • View all open support requests with Squiz Support
  • See your current agreements with Squiz
  • Find your key Squiz contact information
  • Know your support pack balance, including a full burndown of usage
  • Get your training unit balance, including your staff training history
  • Click on links to Squiz product documentation and user guides as well as the service status page
  • View your login credentials and update them
