The Challenge

The project objectives for the new website were to provide a platform for previous and future visitors to discover more about Tasmania that is most relevant for them; provide a resource for inspiration, planning, recommendations and sharing of Tasmanian experiences; drive conversion, facilitate bookings - but not financial transactions; and ensure optimum performance on desktop and mobile devices, including tablet.

The Solution

The new website has transformed the way that Tourism Tasmania and its local tourism operators attract and retain visitors. It has been designed from the ground up with new content and is accessible from a wide range of devices thanks the Responsive Design.
