Funnelback named 'Visionary' in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Insight Engines 2017

Gartner Inc. has released its 2017 Magic Quadrant for Insight Engines, 30 March 2017, and we are delighted to see Squiz company, Funnelback, positioned as a Visionary in this newly established Magic Quadrant.

More than just traditional search or BI technologies, Insight Engines gather content from a broad spectrum of sources, including those relevant to the immediate needs of digital workers. They extend beyond enterprise search by providing the capability to engage with content and extract insights without touching the source of that content.

Funnelback’s Insight Engine is the natural convergence of search, artificial intelligence (AI), and analytics that proactively enables information to flow to where it’s needed within the enterprise. It’s this platform that allows Funnelback to accomplish its mission of making the deep discovery of information and insights more intuitive and immediate than asking an expert. The product's focus for 2017 is to build on recent success in North America and expand its AI capabilities with the aim of releasing ground-breaking extensions to the Funnelback platform later in the year.
