    Dave Letorey

    Head of Change

    Dave has worked at Squiz for 11 years, starting as the technical trainer for Squiz Matrix and has since worked with and trained many clients. He now works on educating developers to get the best out of Squiz Matrix by running Matrix Days.

    Outside of work, Dave helps run London Web Standards, can be found dancing at festivals, is a loyal buyer of vinyls and still builds Lego sets. His passions lie in web standards, the semantic web and accessibility.

  • Tom Evans

    Tom Evans

    UX Consultant

    Tom is a UX consultant at Squiz, with four years of design and technical experience, and is well versed in creating user stories/flows, wireframing, prototyping and research. Tom works very closely with the other designers and consultants in his team, as well as the development team, to ensure the promised experience is seen right through to launch.

    Tom has worked with various types of clients in multiple industries including Elsevier, Middlesex University, Ofcom, William Hill and The Electoral Commission to name a few.

  • Josh Somma

    Josh Somma

    Technical Director for Customer Experience

    Josh is the technical director for customer experience and innovation at Squiz. In his role, Josh works with the customer experience director in finding, framing and applying technology solutions to thorny customer problems.

    Over the years, he has worked with teams to build and launch dozens of digital products and services for big media companies and agencies in New York and London. He lives in north London with his wife, two kids and cat.

  • Paul Farrell

    Paul Farrell

    Product Owner - Search

    Having started out his career working as a developer for a number of years, Paul has taken that technical knowledge with him into the areas of document/content management consultancy and, as a specialist area, enterprise search. With over 15 years of experience working with some of the largest enterprise search/DMS vendors (Oracle, EMC and IBM), Paul now heads up the enterprise search platform, Funnelback, within Squiz.

    Today Paul takes care of the development of the Funnelback product within Squiz, the implementation of search for its clients and works to make sure that clients actually benefit from the power that a well thought out search solution can provide.

  • Sam Marks

    Sam Marks

    creative director

    Responsible for all UX and creative output from Europe & North America, Sam and his team of designers drive the look, feel and usability of Squiz’s projects from the London office. With specialties in UX, UI design, creative and business strategy, his notable projects include UAL, Vodafone, Coke Dubai and Bentley.

    Sam’s passions include all type of design, visual arts, film, architecture, interiors, photography, graphic design and sports.

  • Emma Paola de Haas Garcia

    Emma Paola de Haas Garcia

    Planning and Operations Manager

    Emma-Paola, planning and operations manager, oversees resource management and supports teams in the longer term planning and delivery of digital services. She is responsible for continually reviewing and improving internal processes, tools and teams’ success. Emma-Paola’s background began in humanities studies, followed by a 10 year career delivering B2B client strategy (IBM, HP and HMRC).

    She focuses on human centric principles, whether it’s examining the collaboration tools the company needs to invest in or driving a compelling tagline for a new enterprise server campaign. In her spare time, Emma-Paola runs a personal brand consulting service, helping people understand their unconscious values and beliefs.

  • Selene Regan

    Selene Regan

    Selene is a Certified Marketo Consultant for Squiz, with over 7 years client experience specifically in Marketo, as well as 10 years of experience as a salesforce Consultant, and 2 years working with Sugar CRM. Prior to this Selene’s background was Lead generation marketing for Enterprise software companies.

    Selene has delivered global Marketo projects across a wide variety of Industries from Higher Education, Technology, Medical, Media & Travel.

    Selene is passionate about helping organisation achieve success through the delivery of well thought out Marketo implementations to drive marketing effectiveness, strategy, client engagement, and sales & marketing collaboration.

  • Peter Tolland

    Peter Tolland


    Peter is responsible for information, processes and technologies that deliver on-line services and transformation at North Lanarkshire Council. He is chair of the NLC Information Management Group, the NLC Technical Design Authority and a member of the Local Government Digital Office Strategy & Performance Board, the Lanarkshire Data Sharing Partnership and the Lanarkshire Heath & Social Care Strategic Leadership team.

    Stuart Darroch

    Stuart is the Senior Digital Communications Officer for Scotland’s leading housing, care and property-management organisation, Wheatley Group. A former local and national journalist, Stuart spent more than a decade covering sport across Scotland and Europe before moving into public relations. Starting off in the press team at Scotland’s biggest registered social landlord, GHA, Stuart is now part of the multi-award-winning Wheatley communications team which delivers digital and print communications for staff, stakeholders and customers for GHA and other Group partners. In 2017, Stuart played a key role in 10 new websites being designed and launched across the Group as part of a major digital transformation programme.
