Date, time & venue

What date is Squiz Summit?
Squiz Summit is on 24th-25th October 2019 in Sydney.

What time does Squiz Summit start?
On Day 1, registration is open from 8:00am and presentations kick off at 9:00am sharp. We would love for you to join us from 8:00am for your morning coffee and networking. On Day 2, breakfast starts at 9:00am and presentations kick off at 9:30am.

What time does Squiz Summit end?
On Day 1 Summit presentations finish by 4:30pm, and we would love for you to join us for networking drinks once presentations wrap up. Day 2 will wrap up at 1:30pm after lunch.

What venue will the Summit be in?
Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency, 161 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Parking is available at:

How do I get to the Squiz Summit venue?
By train: Town Hall Train Station, 550m By ferry: Barangaroo Ferry 900m and Circular Quay Ferry, 2.5 km
By bus: Routes 441 and 442 stop outside the venue
By plane: Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport, 8 km (30 mins by train, 20 mins by car)

Tickets, registration & payment

Can I use my Squiz Plus Agreement User Conference Ticket for Squiz Summit?
Yes. If you’re registering as part of your Squiz Plus Agreement, please enter the promo code at the check out. The promo code can be found on your email invitation. If you’re having trouble finding your promo code or invitation, please contact your Account Manager or email summit@squiz.net. If you’re not a Squiz Plus client, tickets are $525 for early bird, and $750 after 4th October 2019.

How many tickets do I have as part of my Squiz Plus Agreement?
Your allocated amount of Summit tickets can be found in your Squiz Plus Agreement. If you’re unable to find how many tickets you have, please contact your Account Manager. Alternatively you can email summit@squiz.net.

Can I have more tickets as part of my Squiz Plus Agreement?
If you would like more tickets as part of your Squiz Plus Agreement, please contact your Account Manager or email summit@squiz.net.

Can I attend Squiz Summit using my Service Pack hours?
Yes, you can attend Summit using your Service Pack hours. Please contact your Account Manager if you wish to take up this payment option, or email summit@squiz.net

Can my colleagues and I share a registration?
No, each registration is for a single person.

How can I cancel my registration? If I’m no longer able to attend, will I receive a refund?
To cancel your registration, please email summit@squiz.net. You will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fee up to 4th October 2019. Please note that no refunds can be processed after this date. Full terms and conditions can be found here.

I’m no longer able to attend, can I transfer my registration to my colleague?
Yes, please email summit@squiz.net with your colleague’s details and we will transfer the registration. You and your colleague will receive an email confirmation once this has been processed.

Will I receive an invoice for my ticket?
Yes, once you complete your registration, you’ll receive an invoice via email. If you haven’t received an invoice, please email summit@squiz.net. Remember to check your junk folder in case!

Please email summit@squiz.net and our marketing team will look into your registration as soon as possible.

How much are the Summit tickets?
The early bird Summit tickets are $525 including GST which includes all meals and drinks throughout the day. After 4th October 2019, tickets will increase to $750.

What are the payment options?
You can pay via credit card or EFT/invoice, service pack hours or via your Squiz Plus Agreement ticket. All of these options are available upon registration.

When does the Early Bird Discount end?
The early bird discount ends on Friday 4th October 2019. Tickets will increase to $750.

Do I need a copy of my ticket to access the event?
Yes, please bring a digital copy of your Summit ticket to the event. You will find the ticket attached to your confirmation email.

Who is attending Squiz Summit?
Squiz Summit is attended by 200 of Squiz’s clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Will the presentations be filmed?
Yes, presentations will be filmed and available for all attendees shortly after the event.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is smart casual.
