Squiz is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help us unlock our next stage of growth. This is a greenfield opportunity to build and shape the growth marketing function from the ground up — joining a fast-paced, ambitious marketing team in a high-growth environment.
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and curious marketer who thrives on experimentation, loves solving complex growth challenges, and is excited by the chance to make a big impact. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of global growth initiatives across the full marketing funnel — driving demand, acquisition, and activation through a blend of paid and owned media.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design and deliver scalable growth programs that power new customer acquisition. From global campaigns and web strategy to CRO, paid media, and funnel experimentation — you’ll be at the heart of how we drive measurable, sustainable growth.

We are looking for a frontend developer to join the Squiz marketing team – working closely with marketers, UX/UI designers, and digital specialists to build, maintain and enhance our public-facing web presence. While you’ll be the solo developer in the marketing team, you’ll be backed by a global network of engineers, designers, product managers and technical consultants across the Squiz organisation.
Your day-to-day will involve building components and pages in our DXP, recommending frontend solutions, problem-solving bugs, and contributing ideas to help us create the fastest, smartest, most personalised experience for our customers and prospects.
