Squiz Experience Management sits on a layer above your existing Content Management systems (no matter if it’s Squiz Content Management or a third-party CMS). Squiz Integrations helps you integrate the content from your CMS (or multiple CMSs) into Squiz Experience Management. You can then build, manage, personalize, and optimize all of your digital experiences, using the pre-existing content that you’ve integrated from your CMS.

Components empower you to implement design systems, so that everything your content editors publish automatically has your brand (and sub-brands) applied. Environment variables within components enable you to govern how the content behaves across different sites, so you have full control.

With cybercrime on the rise and new threats constantly emerging, it is more important than ever to manage cyber risks. Squiz is ISO 27001 compliant, which means our information security management systems meet world standards.

Squiz DXP architecture has been built on AWS cloud hosting services to provide a highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure solution. Our best-in-class SaaS platform has a 99.95% uptime with built-in fault tolerance using load balancing and resilience across multiple availability zones.

There is a growing number of Front-end as a Service (FEaaS) solutions that allow you to outsource the more tedious, time-consuming parts of front-end development – similar to how we provide templates, pre-built components, and more to reduce the time spent on front-end development. However, we have 3 key points of differentiation:

  1. Squiz Experience Management benefits more than just your developers. Apart from helping your development team get started quicker and focus on value-add work, we also empower your non-technical teams to self-serve and build experiences with low- and no-code interfaces. All your teams – from content editors to marketers and developers – are equipped with the tools they need to build and govern customer experiences, fast.
  2. Most existing FeaaS solutions are built specifically for eCommerce and are not fit for highly complex, service-based organizations. However, we’ve taken our 25+ years of experience working with complex, service-led organizations in government, higher education, financial services, and more, and built Squiz Experience Management with your use case in mind.
  3. Squiz Experience Management is part of the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP). You get access to all the capabilities you need to build, manage, and personalize omnichannel experiences fast and at scale. You move beyond managing content to managing experiences. Squiz DXP is fully composable, giving you the freedom and flexibility to:
    • Take and utilize only the technical capabilities you need
    • Choose any vendor’s technology without being locked in
    • Easily bring in new capabilities from Squiz or third-party vendors
    • Have everything you need, in one secure platform, and have it feel like it works as one solution
