You can still self-host Matrix and Funnelback, but Datastore and Connect are only offered on the SXC, our hosted cloud platform. Edify, our student management solution is also only available through the SXC.

Yes, they've been designed and built using open standards. Our products are great, but we also understand that there are best-of-breed CX tools that we don't offer. Having an integrated, flexible and easy-to-use CX ecosystem is at the heart of what we do and means that you don't have to be locked into one vendor.
