The Discover Tasmania website was built using Squiz Matrix CMS several years ago. Over time when the need arose, Discover Tasmania created microsites off the main site. Sites were built quickly but on different platforms.

The team at Discover Tasmania wanted to reduce the technical complexity and bring all sites back onto one platform. However, there was resistance within the business with many perceiving it would take too long.

The need to build a new site for the Come thrive on winter campaign was an opportunity to show a secure site could be built quickly.
