Fife Council is the third-largest local authority in Scotland. Employing approximately 18,000 people who provide 900 different services to over 366,900 people.
Fife needed a fresh start - as there were a lot of content and multiple bespoke applications within the site. There was also no significant budget for web at the time, so the council needed to follow their ‘do more with less’ mantra.
